  • Pay the price listed (including taxes and shipping)

  • Allow for standard production and delivery timelines

  • Understand that your order cannot be canceled or modified once printing has begun

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Orders are produced and shipped directly from our print partners for efficiency and quality control.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide unless otherwise noted. Estimated shipping times and costs are provided during checkout and may vary based on location, season, or carrier delays. Arte Di Caponi is not liable for delays caused by external carriers, customs, or natural events.

5. Common-Sense Returns and Corrections

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Or you receive the wrong item

Please contact us at support@artedicaponi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a brief explanation and photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to verify the issue and correct it — either by replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solution.
We kindly ask for the opportunity to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property
