If your canvas arrives with a defect in printing, materials, or craftsmanship, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly review the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.
If a problem arises later on due to a material or production issue—not from mishandling, accidents, or exposure to sunlight or moisture—please don’t hesitate to reach out. While we don’t offer a formal lifetime warranty, we will always do our best to make things right.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We know how disappointing it can be when something beautiful arrives damaged in transit. We’re here to make it right.
If your order is damaged upon delivery:

· Include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
· Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or refund
We’ll handle the rest as quickly as possible.
Change of Heart? Here’s What to Know
We understand that sometimes a piece just isn’t the perfect fit. While each item is made to order, your satisfaction still matters to us.
If your canvas arrives in perfect condition, but you’d like to return it:
· You may ship it back at your own expense
· The item must be unused, undamaged, and resaleable
· Once we receive it, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, whichever is appropriate
